10th Integrate Network Annual Meeting

From October 23 – 25, the current Chair of the Network invites its members and friends to Vienna, Austria, for the 10th Annual Meeting of the Integrate Network. The purpose of this meeting to discuss the topic of “Integrative forest management from the lens of private forest owners”. 

We’ll cover questions, including: “How can the integrative approach be implemented in practical forest management? How to bring strategies and concepts down to the forest floor? How can private forest owners be motivated and supported? How can the advantages of the integrative approach be made more visible?” 

The meeting will be framed by field visits where our hosts will present examples of integrative strategies and measures for the conservation and enhancement of biodiversity and other ecosystem services in different ownership categories. In line with the specific ownership structure of the host country, the focus will be on private forest ownership.
